Let it Snow Christmas Staff Event

"Let it Snow" was the theme for that party which was fittingly set-up in a Snow Dome. My team and I had the great opportunity to take on this challenge from concept development, design and production to running a successful event for approx. 1000+ employees. An important step in the realization of the design for this event was the differentiation of the outdoor part, the “Goodlympics" winter games, and the indoor part but still creating an universal design for the whole event. We achieved that by choosing a different color scheme for outdoors (blue/white) and indoors (red/white) while keeping the line art design. The evening with all its activities was well received by the employees.

The pocket event guide contains general informations like a party timetable, a shuttle bus schedule, information about the food at the buffet and the interactive photo wall, where everyone could upload pictures with a certain hashtag using their own Instagram or Facebook account. The pocket guide could be folded to a size of 110 x 75 mm.
